YD Leadership meets students at three different stages: High School, College, and Post College

College Aged

Summer Staff: 3 months


Join our community of staff for an intense fun filled summer where you will receive wilderness and ministry training to minister to Jr. High and High School students through facilitation of adventure based challenges such as white water rafting, kayaking, horsemanship, challenge course, and rock climbing.

College and Post-College Students

Internship: 1 year

As an Intern you get a hands-on opportunity to seek out your ministry calling.  You will be integrated into our full time staff team with specific projects and responsibilities from wilderness guiding, administration, operations and retreat facilitation. You will get a full picture of the front lines of ministry.

High School Students

Summer Leadership Pursuit: 12-21 days

Godly Men in Training (GMiT): 12 days

This trip will include several mediums of learning: academic studies, experiential challenges, and reflective “solo” time. We place students in leadership experiences that will both stretch their leadership skills and their faith.
