Passion

My heart for Ministry:
What an amazing opportunity to be able to serve our Lord Jesus and to teach His word to young people. I believe God has called and equipped me to reach young adults and teens. I love young people and am a big kid myself.
I truly believe that relationships are the key to peoples hearts. I believe that God's plan was for us to be involved intimately with each other and ultimately be involved in an intimate relationship with Jesus. To lead a young person to the Lord and watch their relationship grow & struggle is one of the hardest, yet most rewarding processes to be part of.
I believe that young people need adults in their lives, other than their parents who are genuine & honest with life and their faith. They need direction and encouragement along their journey. Simply sharing the Gospel isn't enough. With most young people that's where significant relationships between individuals becomes a safe place where we have won the opportunity to share our heart.
I believe that I need to be seeking & worshipping Christ in my life in order to be able to minister to others. My life must be a living sacrifice holy and pleasing to God. Students don't need only clever ideas or great programming they need a living model who is passionate about his or her faith.
Loving Jesus and being loved by Him is life's greatest gift yet, the Christian Life or following God can be challenging and hard, teens face many hardships as the grow from adolescence to adulthood. So it is our job to point them in the right direction and hope they will listen and learn from ourselves.
I believe that the Bible and prayer are the backbones of any ministry. Without these we will fail. I personally want to lead with a servants heart.
My passion is to reach the lost and equip disciples for this world. I want to accomplish this by being real and honest. My desire is for young people to come to know the Lord and Savior and to love God with their whole hearts.
