Volunteer Positions
E-mail Prayer Team
Contact:
Allow Dave or other staff to send periodic e-mails of praise or prayer needs, and then pray for them regularly, or as the situation demands.
Monday Night Ministry Team
Contact:
Through weekly events and outside contact, build relationships with 4-6 students that lead to opportunities to share the Gospel. This would include discipling new believers and inviting students to church/youth group.
Weekly from Oct. to June, 6:30-10:00pm
1-plus hours/week building relationships w/students
Disciple new believers
Trainings and special events, including 2 weekends/year
Monday Night Prayer Team
Contact:
Spending time in the MLYD prayer room praying for students, staff, and program as you see them pass by/occur through the window.
2 hours on one Monday night a month, from 7:00-9:00pm
Monthly Prayer Team
Contact:
Meet the third Wed. of each month during the 12:00 hour in order to learn the needs of the ministry and to pray for those needs. We meet at "The Bridge."
Special Event Assistance
Contact:
Be available to help with set-up, tear-down, or implementation of special events of all sorts, e.g. Luau, Pizza Mania, Fair Booth, or Auction
Various and Sundry Other Needs
Contact:
We occasionally need vehicles, laborers, cooks, etc. for a variety of needs. These may fall under one of the above, or be something totally new, like when we had to tear up carpet, or borrow a van for a trip.
