We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to lead a team and partner with local churches to reach teens in the community of Moses Lake, WA.
This is a full-time position that requires the following abilities: leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers, relating well to the local community's adult population, relating well to today’s youth with relevant ministry, and raising personal and ministry funds (training and a fundraising coach is provided).

Join the excitement of reaching teens with the message that Christ loves them. We are seeking dynamic, relational, and dedicated staff to work with teens in Moses Lake, Washington.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with teen girls ages 12-18, evangelism and discipleship, creating and developing student programs, volunteer development, and administrative duties.
Youth ministry experience is desired and, training and personal fundraising will be a part of the ministry. (A fundraising coach and training is provided.)
