We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to lead a team and partner with local churches to reach teens in the community of Burlington, WA.
This is a full-time position that requires the following abilities: leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers, relating well to the local community's adult population, relating well to today’s youth with relevant ministry, and raising personal and ministry funds (training and a fundraising coach is provided).
