Skate Ministry Coordinator

We have many teen skaters in Anacortes waiting for your arrival! Currently we have an indoor skate ramp and 10-15 kids drop in throughout the week to hang and ride the ramp. Each winter we run a snowboard club with 20+ boarders weekly.
We are looking to significantly grow this ministry, but we cannot do it without great leadership. You will be a dynamic part of the Anacortes YD staff team and join a larger ministry team of 50 Youth Dynamics missionaries working across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
Qualifications:
-Active and growing relationship with Christ
-Must be an avid skate boarder and snow boarder. -Must have one year skate ministry experience, preferably skate park management/maintenance.
-Able to raise and maintain personal fundraising. (A fundraising coach and training is provided.)
-A passion for reaching teens in the Northwest U.S.
-A teachable spirit.
-Able to maintain healthy relationships with co-workers and ministry partners.
