My Heart
Since a young boy, I have dared to dream such things as to build my own home, travel overseas, climb to incredible places, and raise a family to share those dreams. My life, however is not my own, it belongs to the Lord and to Him I give thanks for providing me the opportunities to fulfill these dreams.
On the interpersonal side I have always valued being challenged and challenging others and knowing that a full life is one of acknowledgment of who Christ is and the purpose He has for me and a knowledge of my responsibilities and shortcomings as a father, husband and child of God.
Adversity - The learning that came and will come from the turmoils created internally or those imposed from external forces.
Adventure - Not settling for mediocrity or complacency but being curious and active in exploring the known and unknown.
I believe that the above statements are not only true for me but for many youth as they grapple with life's questions, desperate for something deeper. Furthermore I believe YD Adventures are created to challenge and advance a students need for spiritual growth and relational maturity .
