Our Summer News - July 12, 2005

It's a boy, and we are moving to Plain.
We hope your summer is going well (a loaded word).
Life is exciting. I could do without some of its excitement at times. This summer we've seen incredible stuff taking place. I've had some amazing opportunities (check out my summer journal on the next page)
Still getting use to many of the changes. Life is a process, and God is moving (literally) us along. Our tentative date for moving is March 2006. We are hoping to rent out our house here in Anacortes, and find another home to rent in the Plain area.
Ami's pregnancy is going great. We had some complications in the beginning, so it has been nice, since the first trimester, to have quick in-and-out doctor's visits.
In June our little baby exposed himself to be a boy. We're excited and still working on a name. Sprocket, Rosencrantz, and Tabiuach are some that I favor, and that have been vetoed by Ami. October 14 is the due date.
Ami looks great pregnant. I really can't describe it to you. That's kind of a lose-lose situation if you go into detail (Dads, I think you understand). Let's leave it at that.
She's incredibly active. She's been writing curriculum for our church's children's summertime Sunday school. She works on this at least 10 hours a week. She also gardens a lot, takes care of the home, Aldyn, me,...
Aldyn is definitely two. That's a wonderful thing. She's got this persistence that can test your patience. "Daddy watch, daddy watch, daddy watch, daddy watch,..." "Ok, I'll watch. Wow, that's great how you move your index finer in a circle." Repeat 10 seconds later.
Her beauty grows, she kills us with her cuteness, and her love to be outside barefoot. When she runs out to meet me with her arms open, saying "Daddy truck" - thank you God!
