Aaron Bryant, Director of Training and Development

New Role Within YD

Page Photo After 8 seasons as a program manager at the local level, and the latest opportunity to be in Leavenworth with the Washington base getting the headquarters established there at the Stonewater Ranch, the fall of 2007 has brought some new change.
In late September my family of 4 (soon to be 5) moved back to Anacortes. Here I take on the new position of overseeing the training for the local areas. My title is the "help-other-people-learn-stuff-so-they-can-love-teens-more-better" guy.
As our organization has grown, we've realized the need to see greater unity between our current 3 bases in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, not only for each base's health, but for the ability to create new bases in the future.
I will be working with our new vice president toward this end, and ultimately toward meeting teens with the freedom of Christ more effectively.
The sky is the limit as we keep running the race here in the Northwest. Thanks for running with us.
