In 1996 these words were branded onto my soul by a late friend. That same year I spent my first summer as a wilderness guide. The two incidents combined to lead me on a ministry path that led us up to the Northwest.

I joined the YD Adventures full-time team in June 2000 spending 7 yrs as the Intensives Team Coordinator. I now oversee the training of our technical staff from our 3 YD Adventure bases. As well, I tell YD stories through video.

My wife and I have three children with a fourth en route, and one diaper wearing chocolate lab.

We're honored to have an environment in which we can utilize our creative abilities and Missouri roots to share the message of Christ and His community. It's about freedom.

We love the Northwest, and it's an honor to come alongside teens in glorifying God.
