Associate Program Manager

This is a full-time, year-round position.
You can share Christ with students and build relationships through adventure-based ministry! Job responsibilities include administrative duties as well as field work in adventure-based ministry. This position also requires personal ministry fundraising (training and a fundraising coach is provided).
The specific responsibilities of the Associate Program Manager will include working with the program manager in volunteer management and training, risk management, permit management, and developing youth ministry programs that meet YD's vision and mission.
Required Skills include fund raising, time management, administration, intiative/creativity, communication, and supervision.
Qualifications include an active and growing relationship with Christ, a passion for reaching teens in the Northwest, a teachable spirit, and applicable outdoor skills.

The specific responsibilities of the Operations Manager include leadership, administration, team involvement, and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and facilities.
Required Skills include fund raising, time management, administration, attention to detail, relationship, communication, and supervision.
Qualifications include an active and growing relationship with Christ, experience with logistics or equipment/facility management, a passion for reaching teens in the Northwest, experience with project management, and a teachable spirit.
Summer Staff

Join a dynamic team of youth ministers reaching out to teens through summer adventure-based ministry! We are looking for people who love God, have a heart for ministering to youth, and are passionate about the outdoors! You'll work as a part of the YD Adventures team and be a part of the larger team of 75 full-time and summer missionaries reaching out to teens across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Most summer staff are cross-trained in guiding whitewater rivers, rock climbing, backpacking, ropes course facilitation, and for ministry to junior and senior high school youth. The Northwest offers incredible opportunities to share Christ in the midst of Creation. Evangelism, encouraging spiritual growth and building community are at the heart of our ministry.
Our summer ministry season is from June-Aug, working well with university schedules.
