Lisa Backman, Group Services Coordinator
What does Lisa do?
As most of you know during the summer I work full time and lead youth on adventure trips. Our trips range from a half day on the challenge course, a full day on the river or multiple days backpacking or on combination trips.
Many of you may wonder what I do when I'm in the office. My areas of responsibility include grant writing, the backcountry, challenge course and food coordination. I also spend time support raising and leading and furthering my training in the off season. During this last year with YD Adventures Oregon I've seen that this job is a great fit for me and know that this is exactly where God wants me to be.
