This is a full time year around position.
Responsible to oversee the business side of our ministry including managing our booking/contracting systems, billing, MIP accounting, development and insurances in a professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leadership: Lead and facilitate the Business Team meetings making sure that our Internal Values are being lived out within the team and team process.
2. Administration: Manage and maintain our booking/contracting systems in a professional manner. Manage local ministry insurance coverage. Develop and manage the Business Team strategic plan and budget.
3. Bookkeeping: Maintain ministry financial books and MIP accounting program as directed. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in a professional and gracious manner.
4. Team Involvement: Actively participate on the local Management Team.
5. Personal ministry fundraising (training and a fundraising coach is provided).
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

Join a dynamic team of youth ministers reaching out to teens through summer adventure-based ministry! We are looking for people who love God, have a heart for ministering to youth, and are passionate about the outdoors! You'll work as a part of the YD Adventures team and be a part of the larger team of 75 full-time and summer missionaries reaching out to teens across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Most summer staff are cross-trained in guiding whitewater rivers, rock climbing, backpacking, ropes course facilitation, and for ministry to junior and senior high school youth. The Northwest offers incredible opportunities to share Christ in the midst of Creation. Evangelism, encouraging spiritual growth and building community are at the heart of our ministry.
Our summer ministry season is from June-Aug, working well with university schedules.
