Paul Spence
Two Years after graduating from the University of Idaho in 1988 Paul came on staff with our YD Communities branch in Oak Harbor, WA. In 1991 he transferred to YD Adventures and has experienced a number of positions since that time. Paul was the YD Adventures Washington Branch Director from 1999 to 2005. Paul and his family recently moved back to Idaho in 2006 to start our newest YD Adventures Branch in S.W. Idaho.
After 22 years in the industry Paul considers himself a self proclaimed wilderness ministry junkie who plans on seeing the Lord due to heart failure once he's surpassed the fun barrier. He's hoping that will be in his 80's strapped to a pair of Tele skis, a rope a kayak or a raft, sharing Christ with people he loves. Paul has been partnering in ministry with his wonderful wife Faye for 20 years. They have 3 great kids, Nathan, Kami, Taylor and a dog-named River. As a family they enjoy going on extended rafting and inflatable kayak trips, skiing and playing games.
