This is a full-time, year-round position.
You can share Christ with students and build relationships through adventure-based ministry! Job responsibilities include administrative duties as well as field work in adventure-based ministry. This position also requires personal ministry fundraising (training and a fundraising coach is provided).
The specific responsibilities of the Program Manager include staff management and training, risk management, permit management, and developing youth ministry programs that meet YD's vision and mission.
Required Skills include fund raising, time management, administration, intiative/creativity, communication, and supervision.
Qualifications include an active and growing relationship with Christ, a passion for reaching teens in the Northwest, a teachable spirit, and applicable outdoor skills.

The specific responsibilities of the Staffing Manager include spiritual leadership, coaching, recruiting, hiring, logistical administration, team involvement, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
