I have been working with YD since May of 2001. Starting with YD Adventures in WA I went from summer staff, to intern, to full time staff. Now I serve our entire ministry out of the administrative office, and I still get to do YD Adventures trips in the summer! Are you beginning to see why I have an amazing job?

By my name it says I'm the Support Ministry Coach. That means when new staff are hired I walk alongside them as they raise their funds to come on staff. It is an amazing, stretching, challenging, awe-inspiring process and I love being with people in it.

Fundraising is a process that continues to grow me personally, in my relationships with others, and in my relationship with the Lord. I would not want to live any other way!
