Bronco's Story

Page Photo As a teenager I struggled with loneliness, depression, and lack of direction and purpose in life. Even though I grew up in a family that attended church I was missing something and I was on a quest to find out what that was.

One summer evening at the county fair I was out to have a good time. In my search for friends among the crowd I could not find any and the loneliness I had experienced took me to a new low. I felt very empty inside.

Then two men came up to me and asked me questions about where I was headed for eternity. I could not answer them on whether I was going to heaven or hell when I died. They gave me a little booklet which I stuck in my back pocket and walked away.

Later I decided to go to my parents car because I felt so lonely. There I opened the booklet and realized for the first time in my life that Jesus Christ loved me and died for my sins. It was then I prayed for forgiveness and began a relationship with Him.

Since that day I have known His presence and His love for me. He "will never leave me or forsake me." I cling to that promise daily and his unconditional love for me. My desire is to know and love Him more each day.

My purpose in life is to share this Good News of Christ with teens in the Pacific Northwest. God has blessed me and my family with this gift of ministry with Youth Dynamics. By His grace I will continue to remain faithful and share how Christ transformed my life. "We love because He first loved us." 1 John 4:19
